“I shopped around for 6 mounts looking for the right Toy Hauler. All of you know when you are looking around the sales people are high pressure and each one of them tell you they have the best price. At major rv they leave everything open when you come on the lot to look at the trailers. I just wanted to take my time alone to think about what I needed to do. At least I knew where I was going to BUY! You see it is not what you have to say, it’s what you DO that maters. So after about 2 mounts I told Jeremy I was ready to Order a 2017 28 IBG the way I need it after having 2 Weekend Warrior 28 FWS trailers. And the service has been 10 Star from day one! Recently, I took my trailer in for service and was greeted by the owner, Tony, who took care of me in the typical Major RV courteous, friendly, and helpful fashion. I explained what the issues were and left the trailer. The service department took care of everything and I got the trailer back in great shape on the day it was promised. The service department staff went above and beyond to take care of my trailer.
I have had many RVs in the past and by far the service, sales and ownership of this dealer is the most outstanding I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the market for an RV and make a visit to Major RV. You won’t be disappointed. I know Jeremy and Tony will take great care of you.

“Major RV…… WOW!…… Jeremy in sales is GREAT! My wife and I have purchased WAY TOO MANY RV’s in the last 35 years. We have ran into so-so salesman to some of the worst out there. Was this place a SHOCKER!!!! We went to see Jeremy on a recommendation, He is cool, calm and collect. A very positive type of guy ( NO B.S. salesmanship here) We ordered a very custom Attitude trailer and it did take a while (no fault of Major RV) And Jeremy was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!! When Attitude had delays or questions….Jeremy was there and called me to info us of the status BEFORE I had to call him! TRY TO FIND THAT ELSEWHERE!!!!!! It seems like most of the sales folk there were easy going and laid back. Maybe because it’s Hesperia? I do not know but I felt like I was in some other laid back – easy going state, NOT CALIFORNIA, THATS FOR SURE. All I can say is…. Stop by and meet Jeremy, he is like I have said, A very positive (Non B.S. salesman) cool, calm and collect guy.”

“Great experience! Purchased a 2016 24′ Forest River Sandstorm toy hauler 2/2016. Price was $6,0000 less than Vegas pricing. Everyone was so nice. No hard sales and answered all our questions. We had to call after our purchase with a few questions. They are always pleasant and answered everything. Treated us like he did before the purchase. Would purchase from them again.”

“Awesome experience, I waited a while before giving a review because some places will be great to you until you buy it then ignore you, but not this place. Any question I’ve had or concern has been answered quickly.
